Directions:
- Prep your lashes with the Ere Perez Spectacular Eyelash Curler
- Then, apply mascara as the last step in your eye makeup routine.
- Dip wand into container, wipe excess mascara on the rim and apply in upward strokes to the underside of your lashes
- Apply several layers on top lashes to build colour, and a single layer to bottom lashes.

I’m not really one to use mascara, but I recently purchased this for my upcoming wedding. My goodness, it really gives a natural look and doesn’t weigh down the lashes! I thought the mascara seemed dry but it’s probably just a different (natural) formula from other brands. I do wonder if I should start wearing this mascara more often on a daily basis… Love it.

I always use a natural mascara but wanted to try this waterproof one as we were heading to the Cook Islands last year. It is waterproof which is awesome but I found it wouldn’t lift my lashes like my other mascara does, it leaves them flat and putting more on doesn’t help. Not overly impressed by this product.

I have just sent you an email about this with some feedback from Ere Perez about the mascara. They have said that since it is wax and oil based, it can be heavy for some lashes and they would recommend using an eyelash curler first to create the curl, then apply the mascara to keep the lashes in place. This was my first natural mascara, and there are a few things that doesn’t do as well as other non natural brands, like small under eye smudges and slightly clumpy without lush looks. But I think it holds up pretty well for a natural mascara, and it’s nice for daily wear, which is what makes me want to wear a natural one, as daily chemical to the eye region is just to harsh. I’d wear something else if I’m going for a night out though.

Not as volumising as conventional mascaras, and a thinner product so harder to get a full / thick lash application – therefore harder to get thick curly lashes but has a nice smell and is easy to use / wears well. It’s the first time I’ve tried a natural mascara and I guess those are the compromises, I would still buy again I just have to get used to it being different.

I have been searching for a natural mascara for some years now, due to being allergic to most of the commercial chemical laden brands, but have never found one that went on easily and stayed on all day, until now.
