Deep in the Peruvian Andes grows an heirloom criollo cacao, cultivated today, as it was a thousand years ago, and filled with the biodiverse flavors of the Amazon jungle.
This beautiful cacao gives the chocolate its dark, intense flavor. We then infuse it with organic peppermint essential oil to give the bar a crisp, fresh bite, enhanced by a crunchy hit of raw cacao nibs
Origin – This bar contains cacao from Satipo, Peru, and agave nectar from Mexico. Made with love in Melbourne.
