BACK TO BASICS. Just like you, we strive to lead healthier lives for not only our families, but for ourselves too. We know that what you put into your body can affect what we get out of it. Santosa was created in response to a frustration with the ‘natural’ products available for our bodies + homes. We saw that the brands we had loved and trusted were actually contradicting our principles of a healthy lifestyle, with unpronounceable ‘plant derived’ ingredients hiding behind fancy labels. Many of their claims stated that they were eco-friendly but, with their 50+ ingredient list, nowhere did it state that it was ‘human-friendly’. We decided to look back to the way it used to be, before profit margins and cheaper substitutes got in the way. We found that going back to basics was actually the way forward. We started with making sure our ingredients were natural and nourishing; first and foremost for you and I, as people, though of course if they were good for us, they had to be good for the planet. TAKING CARE OF YOUR BODY AND YOUR MIND. While thinking about you, we decided that like us, you’re probably pretty busy. Hey we’re all pretty busy these days. Between our passion projects, our families and our health, it can feel like there’s barely enough time to even think about breathing. At Santosa, we’re big on making it easy to look after yourself, which is why we took the opportunity to add gentle reminders that support your busy mind. Instead of a logo, our gentle cues are the stars of our labels, allowing you to keep our products in everyday sight. Simply washing your hands or wiping your kitchen bench can now serve as opportunities to slow down, pause and be present.
