What makes Woohoo Wild different?
Besides from being a glorious green (our original Urban scent is pretty in pink), Wild has some pretty important differences from the original Woohoo All Natural Deodorant Paste.
It still shares the same minimal irritation potential (we haven’t increased the amount of bicarb soda at all) but it has been boosted up so it can pack even more of a punch when it comes to BO battles.
A new blend of essential oils
You might remember a month or so ago we asked you which scents reminded you of having adventures in the great outdoors. And by no small coincidence, your answers gave us the inspiration we needed to give the Woohoo Wild super smell busting strength.
We’ve added essential oils of Honey Myrtle, Peru Balsam, Cedarwood and Eucalyptus. These all have fantastic antibacterial properties which boost Woohoo’s power and longevity. They are also stronger essential oils so we are finding the aroma tends to linger longer.
Super absorbency
Diatomaceous Earth = awesome. This is a powder made from plant and algae fossils. It has a remarkable ability to absorb sweat, sebum and odour. This gives Woohoo natural deodorant Wild the extra oomph to be taken off road and on wild adventures.
Unisex
The scent of the Wild deodorant is just as well suited to the male thrill-seekers as the female, and with green packaging, Mr Woohoo no longer needs to worry about using a product with pink on it!

Directions
With clean, dry hands use the tip of your index finger collect to a pea sized amount of deodorant and warm it in your fingertips. Rub it under your arm until it disappears (just like you would a moisturiser). P.S. If you’re used to using an antiperspirant, please remember that this isn’t one! This deodorant works by neutralising odour and keeps you dryer by absorbing moisture, but it DOESN’T block your pores with aluminium to stop you from sweating. It can take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to this type of deodorant but it’s worth the wait!

The deodorant itself is fantastic, but beware the plastic free containers. I was thrilled to have a plastic free product, but the tins can be borderline impossible to open. After about 15 mins, i was ready to grab some tin snips and cut the whole container in half. I ended up having to pry the metal lid off. Very pleasantly surprised with this product!! I’ve been searching for a good deodorant that hasn’t been tested on animals for years, and fingers crossed I’ve finally found it! I personally love the smell, it is relatively strong for the first few hours, so might clash with perfume. I think the key to using natural deodorants is to also use De-Tox-A-Pit regularly, it certainly helped my transition. I am not so fussed on these. I have seen several “celebrities” talking about this brand and how well it works above all others. I tried the mini pots of both scents, and to be honest, it just doesn’t work for me. This was one that needed reapplying. I also felt a bit wet and odor returning faster than the other scent. So it definitely didn’t last all day, unlike a couple of other natural deodorants I’ve tried. Oh a plus was no reaction or rawness.

I have tried so many natural deodorants, like many of the others, and have either smelt worse or had my skin burn off (or a combination of both…) I found that with woohoo “urban” there was no irritation but by the end of the day in my reasonably active/ high stress job (I’m a vet,) I’d be a bit smelly. With Wild, it lasts all day and is reasonably subtle – although my patients seem to like it too, plenty of dogs give my lemony armpits a good sniff, and my own puppy even tried to eat a chunk of it (but it musn’t taste as good as it smells because he promptly spat it out.) Love the freshness of the deodorant ,it has a subtle mint scent to it. Its very fresh to smell. But that is just where it ends. Love love love! I have tried so many different natural deodorants but my skin always ends up having a reaction to the baking soda. Even though this one still contains baking soda it doesn’t give me a reaction. I bought both kinds in the sample size and keep them in my bag at all times – the smaller sizes are perfect for at work or on the go. Easy to apply and don’t leave massive white marks everywhere like some other deodorants. They smell great too.

The holy grail of natural deodorant. Just as good as Black Chicken, with none of the irritation or rash. It still has baking soda in it so it must be something about the formula that’s just right. I have tried so many natural deodorants and always been disappointed in one way or other, so I’m so happy to have come across this one. Will use for ever 🙂
