Raw Berry and Pistachio Pana Chocolate Slice!

The incredibly, decadently delicious Pana Chocolate is back in stock and to celebrate we whipped up this delicious Raw Berry and Pistachio Pana Chocolate Slice! This is a great treat for an afternoon pick me up as it is full of protein, good fats, vitamins and mineral. It’s is made with all natural, unrefined sugar so energy is dispersed evenly and slowly throughout the body and you don’t have to worry about the ‘crash’ you get from refined sugar.

Base
3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Dedicated coconut
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
2 Tbs Raw Cacao
1 Tbs Raw Virgin Coconut Oil melted
Berry Filling
2 Cups of frozen berries
4 Tbs White Chia Seeds
4 Tbs water
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 Tbs Raw Virgin Coconut Oil melted
Pinch of sea salt
Chocolate Topping
2 Tbs Cacao
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 Tbs Almond Butter
2 Tbs Raw Virgin Coconut Oil melted

20 mins prep time – makes around 12 large squares

Place all base ingredient in a food processor and pulse until a dough forms. Press into a baking paper lined baking dish evenly.

Heat and mash frozen berries either in microwave or stove top. Place cooled mashed berries in a bowl, add in all other berry filling ingredients and stir. Allow to sit for 10 mins while the chia expand and the mixture takes on a thick jam like consistency. Once cooled, pour evenly over the base.

Melt all chocolate topping ingredients together on stovetop on low heat, stirring constantly or in a microwave for 30 secs at a time stirring in between until melted nicely. Whisk to combine. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp. Once cooled, pour over jam and spread out evenly with a spatula.

Place slice in the fridge until set. Slice and enjoy!
