Oh Natural update on COVID 19
These are troubling times for the world and our hearts go out to everyone affected by COVID 19. Here at Oh Natural, we are in the fortunate position to be able to continue running our small family business during this time. We haven’t made this decision lightly and we are very aware that there are so many businesses out there that are not able to continue operating and our hearts go out to them. We called the government helpline to get confirmation about whether we could continue operating and they confirmed we could for the reasons outlined below.
We are a small family run business and we run Oh Natural from our family home in Christchurch so we are able to continue operating Oh Natural while we are in full isolation and lockdown. Since we moved to Christchurch recently we have not had any other staff members working from our home and the rest of our team work remotely, so we are running the customer service and dispatch ourselves.
Oh Natural provides some essential products such as personal care, cleaning and sanitary items which we feel are important to continue to provide for people during this time. Being an online business we are able to offer people the opportunity to buy them without leaving their house and we hope that by doing this we can play a (small) role in providing customers with some essential products during this unsettling time without having to leave their house.
We use Courier Post to deliver your orders, and as they are part of essential services that will continue to operate, we can continue to deliver your orders. It is possible that increased demand and possible staff shortages for courier services may cause some delays, but we will work together to provide the best possible service we can, your patience and understanding is very much appreciated during this time.
Some of our suppliers are unfortunately not able to continue operating during lockdown so there are some products that we will not be able to restock during the lockdown as they are not deemed essential. If a product we sell is out of stock you can click “notify me” on the product page to be sent an email when this is back in stock. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
