Backordered Items

If you see an item listed as ‘Available on backorder’, this means the product is currently out of stock but likely due in soon.  Please contact us if you need an ETA.  If you choose to backorder the item along with other items that are in stock, your order will be held until the backordered item arrives and will be sent together, unless otherwise arranged.

Payment Options

Your Oh Natural order can be paid for using the following payment methods:

  1. Credit Card or Bank Transfer – Simply click on Pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer to make a secure payment via Mastercard and Visa credit card or “account2account” bank transfer. We use Windcave as our secure payment gateway.
  2. PayPal – Use Paypal to pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover credit card without setting up an account, or you can choose to set up a Paypal account.
  3. AfterPay or Zip – For “pay later” options, simply click Afterpay or Zip to sign up or login, then pay the first 25% securely with your Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card will be billed in four 25% instalments – one on checkout, with the next three payments spread out fortnightly over the next six weeks. Afterpay and Zip will text and email you reminders before each payment is due, but if you miss any payments they will charge you fees. The minimum spend is $35 and $50, for Afterpay and Zip respectively. See Afterpay and Zip for more information.

Shipping within New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of NZ$6.80 per order. Or get FREE SHIPPING if you spend $65 or more!  
Orders are sent via NZ Post and you can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 5 working days.  You will be happy to know that we DO NOT use plastic courier bags. Our orders are packed using recyclable cardboard, paper and R3Pack compostable courier bags.

You’ll get two email notifications when your order has been packed and is ready to send, one confirming your order and one with your courier tracking information.

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days of it being dispatched (the date your parcel was picked up by NZ Post and when you received your shipping notification), please contact NZ Post directly in the first instance as they are best placed to help you locate your parcel. From there, you’re welcome to get in touch with us if your parcel is not able to be located

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $20 to Australia only. This is a non-tracked service and usually takes between 7 – 21 working days, sometimes longer. Orders sent to Australia are sent at the buyer’s risk, we will package your order the best way we can to withstand international shipping but we do not accept responsibility for any damaged or missing orders. Unfortunately due to the high costs of shipping internationally we are not able to ship to other countries at the moment.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning your item(s) to arrange the refund or exchange. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error we will pay for any postage costs incurred in returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open and / or used items, unless the item is faulty.

Some people may find they have sensitivities to a substance, be it natural or chemical, therefore we always provide the complete list of ingredients supplied to us by the manufacturer on every product page. It is always a good idea to do a patch test first before trying any new products or purchase a sample product to test out if available. We are unable to accept items that have been opened and / or used.

If there are any discrepancies with your order or if you have been incorrectly delivered the wrong item(s), please contact us at within 5 working days of your order being delivered to enquire about any necessary corrections. Please include any relevant photos with your enquiry showing the discrepancy to help us assess it. Product discrepancies not notified to Oh Natural within 5 working days may not be eligible for replacement, this will be at our discretion. Incorrectly delivered items that are being returned for a refund or exchange need to be unused and in salable condition. Please do not use items that you believe have been incorrectly delivered as this may void our ability to exchange or replace the items

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact our friendly team in the first instance and we will our best to rectify the situation.

Unless otherwise stated, our giveaways are open to residents of New Zealand only. Winners will be notified by email where possible and also announced on our Facebook or Instagram pages. We will never share your information or use it for any other reason than contacting winners.
