Christmas Shipping Information
Festive Greetings! We wish our wonderful community a safe and happy festive season and thank you so much for visiting our store! Please check the below information regarding shipping during the festive season.
For New Zealand orders – to ensure you receive your goodies in time for Christmas, we suggest you place your order by 21st December for urban areas and 20th December for rural areas.
Oh Natural will be open for taking orders over the Christmas and New Year period but we will be operating at reduced hours for dispatching orders – we all need a break after 2020!
Orders made before 24th December will be dispatched before Christmas but we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
Orders will also be dispatched on 29 & 30 December but due to public holidays there will be delays with orders being delivered over the New Year period.
Orders made between 1pm on 30th December and the 6th January will be dispatched from 7th January onwards (depending on demand) and our hours will return to normal during this time.
Please note that there may be a delay with your order being dispatched over the Christmas / New Year period due to a backlog of orders.
Your patience and understanding are very much appreciated during this very busy time.
For international orders we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive before Christmas. Orders made between 1pm on 30th December and the 6th January will be dispatched from 7th January onwards (depending on demand). Please see information below regarding international shipping.
COVID 19 Shipping Information
Now that New Zealand is operating at Alert Level 1 orders are being delivered a lot faster than during previous Alert Levels. Courier Post has informed us that 90% of parcels will be delivered within 3 days of them being dispatched (add a few days for Rural Delivery) and we are dispatching orders a lot more quickly now. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days of it being dispatched, please get in touch with us or Courier Post and we will investigate it further. Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to an address where it is safe to leave them. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders whereby customers instructions are to leave them in an unsecure location or for parcels going missing after they have been scanned as delivered to the correct address. If the tracking information for your order says it has been delivered but you are unable to locate it please contact Courier Post in the first instance.
Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of NZ$5.90 per order, or FREE if you spend $59 or more! Please allow 1 – 5 working days for your order to be packed and delivered within New Zealand (add an extra two days for rural delivery). It may take a few days for us to pack your order but it will be delivered within the time frame above during normal operations. Urban delivery is generally overnight from when it is dispatched and Courier Post will do their best to get it to you within this time frame but unfortunately we can’t 100% guarantee this. You’ll get an email notification with your courier tracking information, please check your junk mail if you haven’t received it
For international shipping, please allow 7 – 21 working days for your order to be delivered. Please note that this is an untracked service and unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. You’ll receive an email letting you know your order has been sent and the link will also tell you when it has left New Zealand but it is not tracked from there.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If goods sent to you are faulty or were sent to you in error we will send you a prepaid courier label for you to send the products back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
