General Shipping Information
Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to an address where it is safe to leave them. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders whereby customers instructions are to leave them in an unsecure location or for parcels going missing after they have been scanned as delivered to the correct address. If the tracking information for your order says it has been delivered but you are unable to locate it please contact NZ Post in the first instance as they are best placed to help you.
Shipping within New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of NZ$6.80 per order, or FREE if you spend $65 or more! Please allow 1 – 5 working days for your order to be packed and delivered within New Zealand (add an extra two days for rural delivery). It may take a day or so for us to pack your order but it should be delivered within the time frame above during normal operations.
Urban delivery is generally overnight from when it is dispatched and NZ Post will do their best to get it to you within this time frame but unfortunately we can’t 100% guarantee this. You’ll get an email notification with your courier tracking information, please check your junk mail if you haven’t received it or if you haven’t heard from us.
We are able to offer pick-ups, please contact us to arrange a pick-up and a free shipping code. Pick ups are from our home address and generally the parcel is left in the letterbox for the customer to pick up and we’ll let you know when it’s available to pick up.

Unfortunately, due to the increase in international shipping costs we are NOT able to ship internationally, except to Australia. If an order is placed for shipping to countries other than Australia and NZ, we will have to refund the order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
For shipping to Australia, please allow 7 – 21 working days for your order to be delivered. Please note that this is an untracked service and unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. You’ll receive an email letting you know your order has been sent and the link will also tell you when it has left New Zealand however it is not tracked from there.
COVID 19 Information & Courier Delays
Oh Natural is able to continue operating at all COVID 19 alert levels and traffic light settings as we are an online business and as a small family business, we work and run Oh Natural from home. We also sell a large range of essential products, so you can shop peacefully in the comfort of your own home without having to leave the house!
Additional Courier & COVID 19 Information:
- Due to COVID 19, adverse weather events and during holiday periods there may be shipping delays with our courier, NZ Post. NZ Post delivery updates can be found here including information about contactless delivery.
- If your order has not arrived after 7 working days of it being dispatched (the date your parcel was picked up by NZ Post), please contact NZ Post directly in the first instance as they are best placed to help you locate your parcel.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If goods sent to you are faulty we will either replace them, refund you for them or give you a credit note. If they were sent to you in error we will send you a prepaid courier label for you to send the products back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
Please contact us in the first instance if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to rectify it.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for products that are on clearance sale (this is at our discretion) or on any period underwear or menstrual cups that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.
