For those of you who prefer not to go to bed with cream on your hands, our Magnesium spray is simple to use and effective. Simply spray a few times under each foot and allow to soak in.
Can also be used to spray onto areas of muscle discomfort. Please note that Magnesium may feel tingly/itchy on the skin. If you have sensitive skin or don’t like the feeling, just stick to spraying it underneath your feet.
