Scented with lime, cedarwood & eucalyptus, and made with jojoba and sweet almond oil for a gentle application and to keep your underarms silky smooth.

Please note that this is a solid deodorant, which helps keep your underarms smelling fresh rather than stop sweat, it is not an antiperspirant, this bar will not block your sweat glands.

Key ingredients

Bamboo for the absorption of sweat and sebum – absorbs 200% it’s own weight in sweat and oil. Also increases both antiperspirant effect and smell reduction by 28% and 40% respectively.

Magnesium hydroxide is the wonder ingredient for keeping the stench away. It prevents the growth and proliferation of bacteria (who’s excretions cause the BO smell) by altering the pH of your skin (not enough to cause irritation though).

Zinc Oxide is anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory.

Jojoba & sweet almond both aid in the lovely soft application, as well as soft underarms.

Directions: Apply to armpits after showering, as well as before and after exercising (or as required). A little bit goes a long way so you don’t need to use much!

I received the ethique rustic solid deodorant mini as a trial – I love the smell but like other’s have said – it is a bit flakey. It is more effective than other natural deodorants I’ve used but probably not enough for really hot days or heavy exercising

I love the smell of this deodorant and its plastic free! I really like black chicken deodorant paste but it gave me rashes after a few months use, I was in a search for another natural deodorant and came across this one. It was a bit harder to apply but I think the bar just need to “warm up” a little before it glides on smoothly.

The spearmint notes dominate the lime but this deodorant has quite a nice scent regardless. It is mildly effective at combating sweat and odour – probably not effective enough for use while exercising or on a super hot day but ok for everyday use.
