Go Bamboo Pegs are designed to weather New Zealand’s harsh UV conditions and are kind on your clothes
Made from sustainable, biodegradable bamboo, recyclable stainless steel spring. Packaged in a recycled cardboard box
Plastic clothes pegs often make their way onto beaches by falling off the line and getting flushed out to sea with storm water. Go Bamboo clothes pegs are sturdy and strong and, unlike wooden pegs, won’t stain light coloured clothes because of bamboo’s low tannin content.
Size: Box of 20 pegs
Dimensions for each peg: 10mm (across the flat side) x 12mm (across the top of the side with spring showing) x 70mm (length)
An interesting fact about Bamboo – Bamboo is a grass, is native to China, can grow up to a meter a day, is not irrigated, and does not need pesticides or fertilisers
*** PLEASE NOTE *** These pegs are best stored indoors when not using them. Leaving them outside and in the rain long term can cause them to mould.

I love anything bamboo so when I saw these I bought them straight away. Unfortunately I leave my pegs outside on the line so I found that these pegs didn’t with stand outdoor weather conditions, they went mouldy and gross pretty quickly. Probably would have kept longer if I had left them inside.

Feel like you get a good amount for you money, 20 in the box. Have found them to be a little bit flimsy, so I have been extra careful, six months later none have broken but some of the springs are a bit wobbly. When I originally brought them it wasn’t noted that they will mould if left outside so unfortunately i lost a few to the rain. Next time I think id prefer to try stainless steel 🙂

after reading reviews that others have left i didn’t hold out much hope for these pegs to be any good really but i purchased anyway to give them a go. Super glad i did as these are tough little pegs that have amazing grip with any thickness of material. Wish i had stumbled onto these sooner! So good!

I’ve found these a bit small and smooth, so they aren’t as grippy and the heavier items slip. However, they seem strong and well made.

Just so you know, I’m never buying any other type of pegs again.
These are awesome. They are super strong, much better at holding clothes on the line then any other pegs, they are completely smooth unlike a lot of other wooden pegs so they don’t catch on the clothes and they are small so they fit easily into a container, no more bulky pegs!
There are 20 in each box and last forever! (Just don’t leave them out side!)
I also love how you can take the wire out when they kick the bucket and compost them, yay!
