How To Use

Trace Minerals: Naturally derived in Australia, the sea minerals in HYDRATION SUPERCHARGED contain magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium and over 40 trace elements.

I brought this on a whim after suffering from terrible dry, itchy skin over summer. My skin improved, I thought it may have been down to a number of things but after running out and not using it for a week or two my skin has gone back to being dry again! So I’m sold on it!! I will say I’m not a huge fan of the coconut taste, reminds me of a cocktail from my 20’s. But with mixed with some cold water and ice it’s much more palatable! 🙂

5 Stars! I love the taste of Hydration and the way it helps to rehydrate my skin and quench my thirst without having to drink loads of water. It also supports and nourishes your gut to aid digestion. I’d highly recommend it for rehydrating over summer!
