This is a little pot of heavenly lavender scented clouds, light & fluffy, a little goes a long way. Have been using this on overtired, end of term-rundown kids & myself. Have gone from tossing & turning to sweet dreams & relaxed restful sleeps. No idea how it does what it does but it certainly lives up to what it says on the jar -sleepwell.
