Directions: Pre-brushing mouthwash to be used twice a day to help soften plaque & break down bacteria adhesion before brushing with Aotearoad tooth tablets
Step 1: Pop one scoop (0.5g) of powder into your mouth then take a sip of warm water, or mix 0.5g into 15ml of warm water.
Step 2: Swish & gargle for 2-3 minutes to stimulate alkaline saliva & balance mouth flora. Suitable for all ages who can rinse & spit.

Not really worth the money
Only used once before it was ruined by moisture.
If you purchase this be really careful of moisture.
Also don’t keep it in the plastic bag as with a little moisture it degrades and makes the power taste strongly like plastic.
Taste was also really mild.
I think there are better natural mouthwashes than this one that make breath smell fresher and are more durable.
