The Green Collective Hank – No. 4 Arohanui

We are based in sunny Nelson, New Zealand. A small town but we have big dreams to help you live in a more sustainable way. If we can inspire you to change one habit then we are delighted! We have always been inspired by looking at our daily habits and how we can improve them. So, since 2014 The Green Collective has proudly conducted months of research, testing and reviewing to create our product line. It has been important for us to lead by example and be a good role model for our three boys. Having a growing family has highlighted the need for us to make careful choices and do what we can to lesson any negative impact on the environment. In our free time, Emma teaches Pilates in Nelson. A Physiotherapist for years following a desire to see people achieve their best, and reach their optimum health. Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well. We have 5 adopted chickens (Maudie, Bertha, Honey, Sheila and Mabel) which help increase the females numbers in the household. We work with as many local companies as possible (in Nelson and New Zealand). In Nelson we are fortunate to be surrounded by a fabulous bunch of entrepreneurial people creating, producing and inspiring. This allows for some fun collaborations and giveaways, so keep an eye out. The phrase 'reduce, reuse and recycle' has always been one of our motto’s. Let’s add 're-purpose, re-fresh and re-create' and you start to get a sense of how we see the world and it’s possibilities. Emma often drives past skips and often pulls over to investigate, build a relationship with the manager and see what new product could emerge. That is how our ENCORE bags came about.
